On February 10, 2025, during the Spring Festival of the Year of the Snake in the Chinese lunar calendar, the leading officials of the Exit-Entry Administration of Ningbo Public Security Bureau visited Teams International Group to conduct a special research activity. They aimed to gain a deeper understanding of the company's overseas development, listen to the company's demands, and address the difficulties and problems encountered by the enterprise in its internationalization process. This research was intended to implement the national "going global" strategy, further optimize the business environment, and assist enterprises in expanding their overseas markets.

             During the research process, the leaders of the Municipal Bureau of Exit and Entry visited the headquarters of Teams International Group, and gained a detailed understanding of the company's business layout, international development history and future plans. General Manager Ni Guoming of Teams  International Group reported to the research team on the achievements the company has made in expanding overseas markets, and also reflected on the challenges encountered in personnel entry and exit, overseas compliance management, cross-border investment and other aspects. 

                 The leaders of the Municipal Bureau of Exit and Entry Administration expressed full recognition of the achievements made by Teams International Group in its global development. They pointed out that supporting enterprises to "go global" is an important measure to promote high-quality economic development. In response to the problems raised by the enterprise, the research team provided on-site services and proposed several practical solutions, including optimizing the procedures for handling exit and entry formalities, strengthening overseas legal compliance guidance, and providing cross-border investment policy consultation. 

      The leaders of the Exit-Entry Administration Bureau of the Municipal Public Security Bureau stated that in the future, they will further deepen the "streamlining administration, delegating power, and improving regulation and services" reform to provide more convenient and efficient services for enterprises going global. At the same time, they will enhance coordination and collaboration with relevant departments, build a communication platform between the government and enterprises, and safeguard the international development of enterprises.

         Ni Guoming, the general manager of Teams International Group, expressed his gratitude to the leaders of the Municipal Bureau of Exit and Entry Administration for their concern and support. He stated that this research visit has solved practical problems for the enterprise and enhanced its confidence in expanding overseas markets.
